Born in the city of Miercurea-Ciuc in the Romanian Carpathian mountains, he was offered the opportunity to grow in a city and on the same time closer to the natural environment.
The time of the communist regime, the family’s rural past and the multicultural social context profoundly shaped his inner world. Lived in Spain and Portugal for almost half of his life, his professional journey includes design, communication and image, management, strategy and design of educational programs, facilitation and consultancy.
Since 2008 he started a journey with causes as sustainability, climate change mitigation, grass-roots initiatives, community activation, regeneration of biodiversity, cultural design, organizational development and many, many others.
He is involved with a wide range of projects raging from local to global. Passioante about networking, the human evolutionary capacity and its interbeing potential.
Adina-Maria MOISE

Adina spends her professional life connecting with People and nurtured by Nature.
She works as a psychologist, being certified in personal development counselling and psychoanalytic counselling. She loves to support people in their inner journey to a more authentic Self and life. You can find her at Psyclass or at Schimbare.eu
As a trainer she works also with students in psychology and also with other groups of people interested to experience conscious change processes, from theory to practice.
Adina initiated in 2014 the Romanian seeds movement, Seminte Libere, that nowadays involves more than 17.000 people, and in 2015, Reteaua.org, a network meant tu support and facilitate the eco – social connection between people’s needs and resources. She is the initiator of Alba in Tranzitie, a local grass-roots initiative group based in Alba County.
Following the development of the national movement she initiated in 2014, Seminte Libere, which engaged more than 17000 peple, nowadays Adina is coordinating the implementation of the Community Seed Bank Casa Semintelor.
Adina is also a co-host and the communicator in Poiana cu Permacultura, a permaculture educational and experimental centre, located 18 km from Bucharest.
Ionut BADICA

Bădică Ionuț is the President and Co-Founder of the Romanian Permaculture Research Institute and a Co-Founding member and former President of the Romania in Transition Association.
He initiated Gradina din Curtea Scolii, the first school yard garden based on permaculture. He is the brain behind and the coordinator of Gradinescu, the large network of community gardens.
He works as a permaculture designer, integrating his knowledge and experience in construction, organic gardening, biodiversity conservation, regenerative agriculture and organizational development in the design, planning and implementation of farms, households, natural constructions, gardens, ethical companies.
Ionut mentors people and entrepreneurs who want to specialize in the field of permaculture and regenerative agriculture.
In the present days Ionut is coordinating the permanent center for innovation, production and education in regenerative agriculture, Sol Si Suflet.
Elena STOIA
Elena se implica in activitatile miscarii Transition Towns si este voluntar al Asociatiei Romania in Tranzitie inca din 2015. Dupa ani de educatie si implicare profesionala formala, Elena se specializeaza si in permacultura, sociocratie, antreprenoriat eco-social s.a.
Initiaza “Vitamina e-N conectare cu Natura“, proiect de educatie informala prin conectarea cu Natura, adresat copiilor, parintilor si educatorilor, pentru ca acestia sa dezvolte incredere, exprimare de sine, abilitati de cunoastere, explorare, comunicare.
Acum ea coordoneaza gradina comunitara din inima cetatii, Gradinescu Alba Iulia si coodoneaza si insufleteste grupul de initiativa civica locala Alba in Tranzitie, inspirandu-i pe oameni la a face impreuna actiuni pentru lumea mai frumoasa ce ne-o dorim.
